The email address
Everything comes to robert.cas.sch@gmail.com. That address reaches me directly β there is no team, no ticket system and no bot in between.
I answer in English and Spanish. If you write in another language I'll still read it, but the reply may be slower and rougher. Because this is a project I run in my own time, expect a reply within a few days rather than within the hour.
What's worth writing about
Something is broken
A file won't convert, the page freezes, the download is empty. These reports are the most useful thing you can send.
A missing format
You need a conversion the site doesn't offer yet. Tell me which one and what you're using it for.
A mistake in a guide
If a guide says something outdated or plain wrong, point at it. Several pages have been corrected this way.
Press, linking and partnership enquiries are also fine here. So are privacy questions and requests under the GDPR β those are covered in more detail in the privacy policy, which explains what the advertising and analytics on this site collect.
Making a bug report useful
Say what you converted
The source format and target format, and roughly how big the file was in megapixels or megabytes.
Say what you're using
Your browser and version, and whether you're on a phone, a Mac or a Windows PC. Most bugs turn out to be browser-specific.
Say what actually happened
What you expected, what happened instead, and any message that appeared on screen.
Please don't attach the image itself in the first email. I don't need it to start looking, and I'd rather your files stayed with you β that's the whole point of this site.
